Splash Screen Redesign Project

I submitted several designs to marketing in order to find the right combination of branding, design and artwork to communicate the overall BEA look and feel to users when they first open a product.

Some of the constraints on redesigning this screen included:
  • The only colors allowed were black, red, gray and white
  • The splash screen had to include the logo
  • The logo had to be on a white background
  • There had to be enough room so that the name of the product (some names had up to 6 words in them) was legible
  • The splash screen text had to be legible, a problem with previous splash screen designs.
